There servers ban people as soon as there getting above a 70-90% hit rate. As for cheating with aimbots there is little to no chance of that happening unless you play in custom games only. Now you can buy DLC and planes/tanks with gold like most other free to play based games. Its a free to play game, there for you can't buy it.
